- 4 week hire (including GST),

- 2 Bedrooms, combined living/dining area – $1980
- 3 Bedrooms, 2 living areas and outdoors – $2200
- 3 Bedrooms, 3+ living areas and outdoors – $2420
- 4 Bedrooms, 3 living areas and outdoors – $2640
- Large 4 bedrooms, 4+ living areas and outdoors – Quoted.

Project Management
In order to really take your home to the ultimate level and increase its value significantly you will need a complete makeover package including:
- Deep cleaning of all internal areas including the bathroom, kitchen and windows,
- Repainting internal walls,
- Replace carpet and repolish floors,
- Conduct minor damage repair,
- Outdoor and garden clean-ups.
A 3 bedroom home with two living areas would cost about $15,000 (paint, cleaning, carpet replacement, outdoor garden clean up and professional staging). You could expect significantly higher offers on your property with this level of update as you will be taking your home to higher end of your particular price bracket.
Colour Consultation
Need help to pick your colour palette, change wall colour or simply want to repaint a room, then a colour consultation is all you need.
$75 per hour, minimum two hours
Staging and Styling Consultation
Want to try and style the property on your own but just want some coaching and guidance on what to do and where to make the biggest impact? A staging consultation will put you in the driver seat to know how to get the most out of each room.
$75 per hour, minimum four hours
